Driver (DVR) Qualification
Candidates applying for the Driver trade must have at least a GPA of 2.50 in the SSC or equivalent examination.
Applicants must have a valid driving licence. Candidates with a heavy driving licence will be given preference.
Electrician Building/Mechanical (TNV)
For the Electrician Building/Mechanical trade, candidates need at least a GPA of 2.50 in SSC or an equivalent examination.
They must also complete a relevant trade course from a recognised technical institution or Technical Training Centre (TTC).
Computer/IT Operations (RCL)
Candidates interested in the Computer/IT Operations trade must have a minimum GPA of 2.50 in SSC or an equivalent examination.
Applicants who have completed a technical course related to computer, IT or mobile operations can apply.
Wood Working and Steel Processing (UCT)
Candidates applying for the Wood Working and Composition/Steel Processing trade must have at least a GPA of 2.50 in SSC or an equivalent examination.
A relevant technical trade course is also required for this position.
Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Trade
For the CIT trade, candidates must have a minimum GPA of 2.50 in SSC or an equivalent examination.
Applicants who have completed a technical course in the relevant trade can apply.
Age and Physical Requirements
According to the Bangladesh Army Job Circular, candidates must be between 17 and 21 years old on February 1, 2027.
The minimum height is 5 feet 6 inches, while the minimum weight requirement is 49.90 kilograms.
Candidates must have a chest measurement of 30 inches in normal condition, with the required expansion during the physical test.
Applicants must have 6/6 eyesight. They must also know how to swim and pass the swimming test.
Candidates must be unmarried and must be male citizens of Bangladesh by birth.

Bangladesh Army Job Circular Application Fee
The total application fee is Tk 400.
The fee includes a Tk 300 examination fee and a Tk 100 online registration or service fee.
Candidates must pay the fee within 72 hours after submitting the application.
SMS Payment Process
The application fee can be paid using a Teletalk prepaid SIM.
First, candidates need to send an SMS using their User ID in the following format:
SAINIK User ID
The SMS should be sent to 16222.
After that, candidates need to send another SMS:
SAINIK YES PIN
to 16222.
After successful payment, candidates will receive their User ID and password through a reply SMS. These details should be kept safely for future use, including admit card access.
